Some of my fondest memories are of climbing onto the mobile library as a child back in South Wales, reading the covers or looking at the pictures and imagining what the story was going to be like, the excitement of the walk home eager to read the books I had loaned from the van. Fast forward 40 plus years and I still have that feeling whether it's in a book shop, charity shop or library. I have always wanted to write a book myself and this is where I am now, more than 20 years after the initial idea for a book and definitely not devoting as much time as I should to it but Hey Ho, that's life.
