In 2011, Favel Parrett's career was launched with her critically acclaimed debut PAST THE SHALLOWS. A heartbreaking novel, it sold internationally and was shortlisted for the prestigious Miles Franklin Award. Her next novel, WHEN THE NIGHT COMES, was also critically acclaimed and further consolidated Favel's reputation with booksellers and readers. THERE WAS STILL LOVE was Favel's eagerly awaited third novel which won the 2020 Indie Book of the Year award. She has also written a best-selling novel for children called WANDI.
About our workshop:
This workshop is ideal for writers of varying writing skills / publishing experience keen to learn new skills around writing fiction in an historical context. Writers of all abilities welcome.
